How to find your HDFC Bank Customer ID?

The Customer ID is an identification number unique to your bank account.

If you don't know or you forgot your HDFC Customer ID for logging into NetBanking, follow the steps below - 

1. First, go to the HDFC Bank Netbanking Page. 

2. Then, click on "Forgot Customer ID".

3. A new page will open up.

4. Now, fill in the details like Mobile No., Date of Birth and PAN Card information in the required fields. 

Also, enter the security check details correctly.

5. Then click on "Continue" button.

6. Now, you'll get an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP on the required field.

7. Now, after entering the OTP in the given field, click on the "Continue" button.

8. You Customer ID will finally be displayed on the screen.
